Designed and manufactured as an ASTM C90 CMU, the 24-feet length greatly reduces the time to build the square footage of your walls. Easily moved into place via small cranes or reach lifts, SpeedBlock only requires a small crew to accomplish fast builds, regardless of the building type.

SpeedBlock helps keep your project on time and on budget. How? By preparing project shop plans, which allow SpeedBlock to cut our CMU blocks individually for corners and openings. Once finished, blocks are clearly labeled and delivered to your site in proper sequence and timing, allowing for easy, organized installation. And since all cutting is completed before delivery, there’s no cleanup or hauling to do when the job is done.
All of this adds up to reduced build times. We’ve had contractors tell us that builds that once took up to two months could be completed in as little as two weeks. That adds up to substantial savings, and can be a big asset in markets where demand is strong or the availability of workers is tight.
